About me

I'm Arian, a 5th year Ph.D. candidate at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. As a member of Calipr Lab, I'm working under the supervision of Dr. Phillipa Gill. My research interest broadly lies in the areas of networking and Internet measurement.

Graduate Research Assistant

  • Conducting research in the areas of Internet Measurement, Privacy and Security.
  • Investigating DNS over HTTPS and DNS over TLS.

  • Performed DNS cache probing to estimate the population of IoT devices
